Anyway, similar to the ADDIE and ASSURE ed models it too has a system for better teaching and thus, better learning.
Engage, Explore, Explain, Elaborate, and Evaluate
Much more interactive with the students and much more pro-active as a whole. Answers are multi-level and analytically challenging. Use of formative and summative knowledge is key. The evaluation techniques are varied and malleable to subjects.

- In a former life I was a pastry chef. After getting my BA in Creative Writing I realized I needed more education. Thus, grad school in secondary ed ELA. My future holds an interesting, and hopefully fulfilling, career with students who will benefit from my desire to teach as well as to learn. My additional purpose is to get cracking on my first novel--I imagine I will gain much needed material to write about in a high school forum.
